This agreement is entered into by Studio 23/Mark Dreyer Productions and, ________________________
 hereinafter referred to as "Author," regarding the songs or project titled: __________________________
 

STUDIO 23 MARK DREYER PRODUCTIONS AGREES AS FOLLOWS:  
1. Provide a state of the art 24 track-recording studio, recording reel and sound engineer.
2. Record song (s) to the best of our ability using at least six (7) studio musicians: bass, drums, piano,
      acoustic and electric guitar, lead instruments such as slide guitar, dobro, fiddle or steel.
3. Select only the finest male or female vocalist available • Female ____ or Male____.
4. Additional background harmonies.
5. Provide a Nashville Music Business Directory, which contains all Nashville producers, publishers
    and record company contacts. A $19.95 value.
6. Provide to Author a U.S. copyright form in which only Author's name appears.
7. Provide one (1) free Music Row Pitch Sheet that shows major artists recording schedules & contacts.
8. Provide (10) CD copies with labels for Author's own personal use.
9. Provide a computerized lyric sheet with the Author's copyright information if not provided.
10.Provide to Author all work contracted for within forty-five (45) days of final payment.
11.Provide 10 master compact disc (CD) with songs for local radio promotion. 
12.Provide 1  master compact disc (CD)  background music, karaoke tracks.
13.1 Full day of pre-production, charting & arranging.
14.Piano /Acoustic guitar basic demo of produced arrangement mastered to CD on 1 CD.
15.Use Master Session Players from Garth Brooks / Brooks & Dunn.

CLIENT AGREES AS FOLLOWS:
1. To pay the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per song for all of above services.
       Payment can be made half-down and final payment when service is done, or monthly payments
      service provided when final payment is made. Visa / MasterCard is accepted.
2. Authorize Studio 23/Mark Dreyer Productions rights to negotiate the sale
     of song (s) with music publishers, record companies, radio and TV stations.
 3.It Is however understood that no financial gain is guaranteed or promised by 
     Studio 23/Mark Dreyer Productions.
4. Grant permission to have their song (s) broadcast over radio and television.
5. Consent to changes in their song (s) when necessary
      in order to make them more marketable for professional venues.

This agreement is binding and shall insure to the benefit of the parties' hereto and their respective heirs
 and assignees.  No change shall be unless in writing by both parties. The laws of the State of Tennessee
 shall govern this agreement. Both parties are legally able to enter into this agreement.
